DESCRIPTION:What the event is\n\n\nIt’s a free lunchtime live-music series organized by the Round Rock Arts & Culture department of the City of Round Rock. \n\n\nPerformances generally take place Tuesdays and Thursdays during the season. \n\n\nTime is around 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. \n\n\nThe location: various parklets along the 100- and 200-blocks of East Main Street in Downtown Round Rock. \n\n\nA “parklet” here means a small public seating/gathering space built alongside the sidewalk/in front of businesses in downtown. \n\n\n\nWhere exactly\nSome specific parklet locations listed include: \n\n\n\nParklet #2: Corner of Main St & Lampasas in front of Lamppost Coffee. Round Rock TX+1 \n\n\nParklet #3: Corner of Main St & Lampasas in front of Ghama Zone Korean Food. Round the Rock \n\n\nSo when you arrive\, look for tents and speakers along East Main—just listen for music and grab a seat. \n\nWhen the series runs\n\nFor Fall 2025: It’s scheduled from October 2 through November 13.\n\nBecause of the nature of outdoor events\, some shows may be cancelled due to weather. \n\n\n\nWhat to expect\n\n\nA variety of music genres: jazz\, blues\, country\, Americana\, soul\, rock\, etc. For example: on October 30\, 2025: “Bajo Azul – Spanish Rock”. \n\n\nBring your lunch (or pick up something nearby)\, bring a chair or use the seating available in the parklets. \n\n\nBecause it’s during lunch hours\, it’s more relaxed — good for outings\, solo visits\, or a break with coworkers. \n\n\nFree admission: no ticket needed. \n\n\n\nTips & things to note\n\n\nArrive a little early if you want a good seat (especially if it’s nice weather). \n\n\nSince it’s outside downtown\, be mindful of parking (you’ll likely need to park nearby and walk in). \n\n\nCheck the weather: being outdoors means the event could move/cancel if it rains or if it’s severe. \n\n\nCheck the social media pages of Round Rock Arts & Culture (Facebook/Instagram) for last-minute updates. \n\n\nBecause the location may vary between parklets (they rotate)\, it helps to check the schedule for which parklet for which date. \n\n\nOur Fall 2025 Hometown Parklet Shows can be enjoyed from October 2\, 2025-November 13\, 2025.
