BBQ Fundraiser for People and Parks Fund

Join us for the second annual People and Parks BBQ Fundraiser Sat., Oct. 9 from 12-3pm at Yonders Point in Old Settlers Park. BBQ plates are just $15 and includes brisket/sausage and all the fixings. All proceeds benefit the People & Parks Fund. The event includes LIVE music by Zach Carney, football on a jumbotron screen, Cornhole Tournament, adult beverages, raffle prizes and more. Round Rock’s largest park has a new area where families can experience a relaxing retreat.
Yonders Point, located just southwest of the baseball fields in Old Settlers Park, is a place where families can picnic and enjoy an amazing view of Bright Lake. The plaza includes landscaping and trees, pergolas with swings, terraced seating and lounges.
The City built Yonders Point with the intent to create a beautiful space for reflection and passive recreation, distinct from the active recreation currently offered at Old Settlers Park.
Yonders Point can be found on the north side of Old Settlers Park, which is located at 3103 Aten Loop.
