Corktoberfest at Cork And Barrel

Celebrate Cork & Barrel’s second annual Corktoberfest on Saturday and Sunday, October 1-2! The Round Rock Irish pub is hosting a full weekend of festivities for everyone to enjoy.

Saturday, October 1, 2-10 p.m. – Bring your friends for a fun pub vibe!

• A Steinholding contest (otherwise known as a Masskrugstemmen) to test competitors’ physical and mental toughness while they hold a full one-liter beer stein in front of them with a straight arm. The contestant who can hold their arm with proper form the longest is declared the winner. Winners will receive a $50 beer tab at the pub.
• A costume contest, so guests are encouraged to dress in their Oktoberfest best! Winners will receive a Corktoberfest gift basket.
• Live music with The Petticoat 5 performing at 7:30 p.m.
• Local vendor spotlights and activations from 3-6 p.m.
• A selfie photo station.

Sunday, October 2, 2-9 p.m. – Bring the kids and fur babies for family-friendly activities!

• An Oktoberfest cookie lanyard decorating station for kids.
• Local vendor spotlights and activations from 3-6 p.m.
• A selfie photo station.
• A root beer tasting.
• A pet costume contest. Winners will receive a pet gift basket.
• A Steinholding contest (day 2!). Winners will receive a $50 beer tab at the pub.

There will also be a specialty Corktoberfest menu, which includes:

• Individual Pretzel with 3 Dips
• Pork Schnitzel with Spaetzle and German Potato Salad
• Homemade Apple Strudel
• One Complimentary House Draft Beer (must be 21+)

Tickets are $38 for a single day and $65 for the weekend, come rain or shine. Tickets include entry, the Corktoberfest menu, access to local vendor stations and live music. Kids get in free; food is not included but will be available for purchase.
