This class is held outdoors at Centennial Plaza. Bring a yoga mat and/or a large towel or two, plus some water in case you get thirsty.
We specialize in teaching yoga that is accessible, comfortable, and beneficial for people with all kinds of bodies. Chairs are available at the Plaza and they’re a versatile tool that can be used for yoga. You can hold on to a chair to help with balance and you can use the chair to sit on if you’re not comfortable standing or lying on the floor. We’re happy to support your yoga practice in a way that is comfortable for your body.
