From beloved classics to creative new concoctions, Round Rock is overflowing with holiday-themed beverages. Here are the 12 Drinks of Christmas in Round Rock, Texas!

1.) Snowman Latte from Instill Coffee

Iced coffee with a cute snowman drawn on the front and a tree in the back.

The Snowman Latte from the newly opened Instill Coffee is so snow cute it melted our hearts. One taste of this iced sugar cookie latte is enough to win you over, but the real enchantment comes from the marshmallow crème on the side, which the baristas use to hand-draw the most adorable little snowman. Sweet, festive, and sparkling with new-spot charm, it’s the kind of drink that keeps you smiling long after the last sip.

2.) Griswold from The Ruby Hotel Bar

A red cocktail with a tree and fire in the background.

We have a soft spot for Christmas Vacation, so when we saw The “Griswold” on the menu, we knew we had to order it. In the words of Clark, we were ready for “a fun old-fashioned family Christmas,” and this drink delivered that spirit in a glass. The Ruby has decked the halls and turned their bar into a festive postcard; every corner is filled with decor and lights. Their mixologists impressed us with the Griswold cocktail, it is a blend of Shiner Spirits Moonshine, pomegranate, lemon, and cinnamon sugar that was the perfect mix of sweet with a little kick.

3.) Gingerbread Latte from Mi Mundo

A Latte with two gingerbread men on the top.

The gingerbread latte from Mi Mundo was almost too cute to drink (almost). Tiny gingerbread men floated in the cup like they were enjoying their own little holiday tub, and we were obsessed. With cozy gingerbread flavor, fluffy whipped cream, and festive red sprinkles, every sip delivered instant Christmas joy. If you’re looking to boost your holiday spirit, head to Mi Mundo and let this latte work its magic.

4.) Mr Roger’s Cardamon from Lampost Coffee

A coffee with a present installation in the background.

When we saw the Mr. Roger’s Cardamon on Lampost Coffee’s seasonal menu, you know we couldn’t just walk on by; we had to be good neighbors and try it. This cup was as cozy as one of Mr. Rogers’ legendary cardigans, wrapped in warm notes of honey, brown sugar, cardamom, and silky-smooth coffee. We grabbed our drink, strolled through downtown Round Rock, and soaked in the twinkling lights and festive installations. One sip and suddenly it was a beautiful day in the Round Rock neighborhood.

5.) Hot Chocolate from Summer Moon

A cup of hot chocolate and lights in the background.

Aww, the classic hot chocolate, the true holiday staple. Christmas simply isn’t complete without at least one cup of warm, chocolatey goodness. We ordered a mug at Summer Moon, the Texas-based coffee shop, and it was a present to our taste buds: rich, creamy, perfectly warm, topped with a mountain of whipped cream and a drizzle of chocolate. Consider us officially in the holiday spirit.

6.) Blackberry Smash from The Dime

A red drink with lights in the background.

Try the merry Blackberry Smash from The Dime this holiday season, a delightful blend of bourbon, simple syrup, lime, mint, and blackberries that captures the essence of the holiday. Its vibrant color and festive garnish add a touch of sparkle, but the experience truly begins when you step inside. Dime’s decor is beautifully curated and brimming with seasonal charm, creating an inviting atmosphere that encourages you to linger. It is the perfect setting to savor the season.

7.) Peppermint Mocha from Cafe Java

A coffee with layers and topped with whipped cream and peppermint pieces.

Peppermint mochas are synonymous with the holiday season. One sip of that cool mint and warm chocolate, and suddenly the world feels a little more festive. And Café Java is the perfect place to enjoy it. This cozy neighborhood gem has been serving hot coffee and comfort food since 1996, winning over locals one cup at a time. Explore their specialty drinks, all-day breakfast, burgers, desserts, and more. Pair your peppermint mocha with a hearty meal or simply savor that rich, minty magic.

8.) Choclosion Milkshake from Tinto Land

A chocolate milkshake with chocolate chips, cookies, and whipped cream.

Santa would definitely approve of this cookie milkshake from Tinto’s. The Choclosion Milkshake is pure dessert magic, blending Hazelnut Chocolate Crunch and Belgian Dark Chocolate gelato into one rich, velvety blast of flavor. Topped with crumbled Oreo cookies, it’s the kind of treat that makes you feel like a kid on Christmas morning. And yes… it was every bit as delicious as it looks.

9.) Peppermint Pajama Party from Hoot & Annie

A drink with a menu and tree in the background and a candle.

Cheers to the holidays at Ho-Ho-Hoot & Annie. Their 90s Holiday Pop-Up is packed with nostalgia, from throwback decor to festive cocktails that instantly brighten your spirits. We were blown away by the atmosphere and ordered a Peppermint Pajama Party. With a name like that, we couldn’t resist. One sip and our holiday spirits were sky-high and fully in Christmas mode. We’re pretty sure Hoot & Annie is on the nice list this year.

10.) The Grinch Smoothie from Sweet Memes

A red and green smoothing with boba pearls and a tree and a nutcracker in the background.

Our hearts grew three sizes the moment we tasted the Grinch smoothie. This Who-Ville-worthy creation blends a sweet strawberry smoothie with a layer of green matcha on top and an Oreo cookie that feels like it came straight from Mount Crumpit’s dessert menu. They offered boba pearls, and of course, we added them because even the Grinch can appreciate a little extra fun. One sip and suddenly the world felt a lot less grumpy and a lot more merry.

11.) Fallen Apple from Purely Provisions

A orange/ drink with a garnish on top.

Purely Provisions is serving up purely perfect cocktails, cocoa, and coffee for the season. When we spotted The Fallen Apple on the menu with rich caramel, a hint of oak, apple cider, and ginger beer, it called our names. We are suckers for apple cider during the holidays, and when we add caramel, we are done for. One sip and we were fully in our cozy season era.

12.) Pecan Pie Latte from Coffee Enlightenment

A coffee with a neon light in the background.

The pecan pie latte from Coffee Enlightenment might not come from the oven, but it tastes as if it could have. They’re serving apple pie, pecan pie, and pumpkin pie lattes, and we went pecan with absolutely no regrets. It was sweet, perfectly spiced, and so smooth it felt like a warm holiday hug. One sip and we were mentally by the fire, enjoying a slice of pie on Christmas Eve.
