Old Settlers Park

Round Rock’s Old Settlers Park is the City’s crown jewel of the park system and is a well-known sports destination in the youth and amateur sports leagues. The park’s 645 acres provides ample space for several recreational pursuits such as disc golf, cricket, 20-field baseball complex, 5-field softball complex, 7-soccer facilities, 2 football fields and more. Old Settlers Park is also a place to congregate outside, bbq and have a game of horseshoes at one of the two pavilions.

Sports Capital of Texas Tournaments:
The Sports Capital of Texas tourism campaign is an important component of the City’s overall economic development program. One weekend per month is reserved for official Sports Capital of Texas tournaments that have been bid on and recruited by our Convention and Visitors Bureau. These tournaments range from baseball and softball tournaments hosting over 100 teams, to soccer, cricket, and cross country meets. These tournaments and events draw teams from out of town and provide a significant economic benefit to the Round Rock community.

The park is also home to many Special Events, sporting and recreational, throughout the year.
