The Calandro Family has been in the food business for nearly a century. Now, brothers Nick and Tim Calandro are using their combined 18 years of restaurant experience to continue the family tradition with their restaurant, Pita Fusion. Their Great Grandfather Jasper, a Sicilian immigrant, built a produce company that spanned most of Illinois and some of Missouri, by focusing on exceptional customer service, and offering high quality and unique items. Nick and Tim use those same basic principles today. Unique homemade sauces, locally produced breads, an array of fresh cut vegetables, and top-quality meats grilled to order, combined with a fun and friendly atmosphere, make Pita Fusion an experience unlike any other.
