Hit the Trails

Traverse the trails that flow throughout Round Rock! With 20 miles of terrain for you to explore, our paths are perfect for biking, running, or a leisurely walk. Make sure to take in the scenic views and unwind in nature!

Get Out and Play!

We are the Sports Capital of Texas, so we have plenty of outdoor sports facilities for you to utilize. You can enjoy a round of golf at our courses or play a disk golf game at Old Settlers Park. If you’re looking to cool off, visit the Rock N’ River Water Park or the Lake Creek Pool

Visit Our Parks

Round Rock has parks galore! We have over 2270 acres of parks and open spaces for visitors to use. Old Settlers Park is one of the best ways to enjoy Round Rock’s outdoors. The 640-acre park has seven playgrounds and 40 picnic areas with barbeque grills. Round Rock also offers several specialty parks, including the Dog Depot Dog Park, the Play for All Abilities Park

Stroll Through Downtown

Tour our historic downtown and stop by outdoor points of interest. Snap a photo of our iconic water tower, relax in the Prete Plaza and pose by an outdoor mural. We also have new parklets that enhance the downtown experience!

Shop at an Outdoor Market

Buy fresh produce at our outdoor Farmer’s Market! This market offers the cream of the crop, and it is open every Saturday year-round from 10 am -2 pm, rain or shine! We also have Round Rock Market Days held in the Prete Plaza once a month.

Dine Al Fresco

Outdoor dining is trending right now, and luckily, we have plenty of it! Dine al fresco at one of restaurants or bars with outdoor seating. Places like Finley’sSalt LickHopdoddyCover 3, and The Ruby Hotel have patio dining options for guests to enjoy.
