Located off the lobby is their in-house kitchen and dining area, where they cook up free, made-to-order breakfast with omelets, breakfast potatoes, bacon, and more. Additionally, there is a bar with four beers on tap and wine offerings for their complimentary happy hours.
They also have a full-service Starbucks with custom coffee creations, a bonus bar that offers a perfect spot to gather after a meeting or event and a spacious outdoor patio to enjoy a gorgeous Texas day!
A buzz-worthy highlight of the Embassy is Bar Louie which is attached to the hotel. This trendy gastrobar is a full-service restaurant that offers refreshing cocktails and chef-inspired fares. Bar Louie is customized for each location and even has a Texas-themed mural with some popular Texas-based celebrities adorning it. The menu has distinctive items created specifically for our location. Bar Louie also has a stage where various artists perform on special nights.
Embassy Suites by Hilton is an important addition to Round Rock because it has ample space and ballrooms for conferences, banquets, weddings, and events. The hotel offers over 17,291 sq ft of event space, with 12 meeting rooms and a 10,230 sq ft grand ballroom with space for up to 600 guests.
You may want to spend your entire trip on the first floor of the hotel enjoying all of the amenities, but once you’re tuckered out, retreat to your cozy room. The Embassy Suites has 180 comfortable rooms with various configurations. They have studio rooms and 1-2 bedroom king and queen suites. The rooms are pet-friendly and have connecting rooms. They include kitchenettes, mini-fridges, high-speed Wi-Fi, streaming TVs, and they have digital key capability.
The Embassy Suites by Hilton pays attention to the small details that improve the overall customer experience. From the decor on the walls to their ample amenities, they have it all planned out with their guests in mind. One of our favorite highlights from the tour was the custom Round Rock inspired murals near the elevator on each floor. It was a nice touch and featured unique Round Rock landmarks. Their additional amenities include room service, an indoor pool, a fitness center with Peloton bikes (coming soon), and a state-of-the-art business center.
