Welcome to the Clay Madsen Recreation Center
The Clay Madsen Recreation Center (CMRC) is a 55,000-square-foot, full-service recreation facility serving the City of Round Rock and surrounding communities. Built in 2000, CMRC was designed to offer inclusive recreational opportunities for all ages, featuring a wide range of amenities to support play, fitness, learning, and community engagement.
Named in honor of Clay Madsen, an inspiring young man who bravely battled cancer, the center is committed to being a safe, welcoming space where children, adults, and families can grow, learn, and recreate.
