Lonestar Kolaches opened in a building formerly occupied by Little Red Wagon Hamburgers. The space was renovated to accommodate two businesses and is occupied by both Lonestar Kolaches and Long Island Deli. Owners Massey and Allen Wallace own six other Lonestar Kolaches locations in the Austin area, all of which offer traditional sweet kolache pastries, egg kolaches and sausage kolaches.
