We’re best known for our homemade pies, available in 3 sizes and 6 mouthwatering flavors, but we offer so much more!
You’ll also find breads, rolls, biscuits, cookies, cakes, cupcakes, brownies, and donuts—all 100% free from gluten, dairy, eggs, soy, corn, peanuts, tree nuts, sesame, and shellfish.

Our Story
Pie Jacked is a family-run bakery with five generations of pie-making tradition behind every bite.
When several of our family members were diagnosed with food allergies, we had to rethink everything at our table.
But one thing we couldn’t give up was pie.
So Mama Joyce, our third-generation pie maker, started experimenting. She used her years of baking wisdom to create a tender, flaky crust—just like the farmhouse original, but without gluten, dairy, eggs, soy, or corn.
Now, our family can enjoy pie again—without the health risks caused by food allergies.
We use only real fruits, non-GMO ingredients, and vegan cane sugar in our fillings. We skip the corn and hydrogenated oils and use organic, non-hydrogenated vegan shortenings and a custom blend of gluten-free flours.
