Ramen Tatsu-Ya serves its signature, authentic ramen made with their famous pork-based tonkotsu alongside chicken and veggie-based broths, as well as small bites and sides, house-brewed teas, sake and beer.
Founded by chefs Tatsu Aikawa and Takuya Matsumoto, the restaurant offers a variety of authentic Japanese ramen as well as small bites such as gyoza, katsu sliders and edamame.
