Family Campout

The City of Round Rock’s Parks and Recreation Department presents the 13th annual Family Campout on Friday, Sept. 12th through Saturday, Sept. 13th at Old Settlers Park.

Come spend the night in Old Settlers Park! You’ll pop your tent in the park, eat dinner, have fun, play games, sit around the campfire eating s’mores, watch a movie in the park, and then off to sleep under the stars. Wake up with the sunrise and enjoy breakfast.

Early Registration fee is $10 per camper.
Registration for the campout is required. Registration fee will increase to $15 on September 1.

Registration for the campout is required. Each registered participant will receive two meals (dinner on Friday evening and pancake and sausage breakfast on Saturday morning, vegetarian option available upon early request), s’mores and a t-shirt.

What to Bring:

Participants are responsible providing all of their own camping equipment, as well as setup and take down of tents.

We recommend bringing:

• Tent (participants are responsible for setup & take down of tents)
• Sleeping bags
• Flashlight
• Reusable water bottle (water coolers will be available to fill bottles)
• Insect repellent
• Snacks and drinks (No alcohol or glass containers)
• A chair or blanket for campfire and movie

No pets allowed. No electricity available. No shower facilities. Personal campfires are not allowed.
