Get ready to kick off the holiday season at the 21st Annual Rockin’ Around the Holidays Bazaar! Hosted by the City of Round Rock’s Clay Madsen Recreation Center, this festive, one-day event features a wide variety of local vendors offering unique, handcrafted gifts, home décor, jewelry, and more—perfect for early holiday shopping!

While there’s no cost to attend, we kindly ask visitors to bring a non-perishable canned food item or boxes of colorful Band-Aids to support the Children’s Hospital.

Are you a local crafter or creative entrepreneur? Showcase your handmade or one-of-a-kind goods at one of Round Rock’s most anticipated holiday events!

The Rockin’ Around the Holidays Bazaar offers a great opportunity for vendors from Round Rock and surrounding communities to display and sell their handcrafted and creative merchandise. This event is hosted by the Clay Madsen Recreation Center and the Round Rock Parks and Recreation Department.

📝 How to Apply

Vendor applications must be submitted online via the Round Rock Parks and Recreation registration website.
Follow these steps to apply:

Log in or create an account at roundrockrecreation.com.

Click Search on the top menu, then find the Forms section.

Select the “Holiday Bazaar 2025” form and complete the online application.

🛑 Please note: Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance into the show. All applications are reviewed by event coordinators to ensure a balanced mix of merchandise.

🎨 Vendor Guidelines

All merchandise must be original, handmade, or creatively crafted.

Direct marketing/Multi-level marketing vendors (e.g., Scentsy, Pampered Chef, etc.) may apply but will be limited and not duplicated across the show.

Categories of items will be capped to maintain variety and quality.

⚡ Booth Details & Add-Ons

Booths are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis upon acceptance and payment. Additional services (available at the time of application only):

Electricity (Not available for outdoor booths)

❗ Services must be selected and paid for in advance. No add-ons will be available the day of the event.

Approved vendors will be contacted for payment. Booths will not be reserved without payment.
