Pop Up Play Day

Round Rock Parks and Recreation Department “Pop Up Play Day” is popping into YOUR community park to bring the PARTY to YOU! Join us in YOUR park for FREE family activities, music and dance, food and refreshments and get active fun with your Parks and Recreation team while checking out YOUR neighborhood park.

Clay Madsen Park stretches across 21.95 acres of land and is conveniently located behind Clay Madsen Recreation Center. Visitors will have easy access to the park with the abundance of parking. As the kiddos play on the playscape, basketball court, and tennis courts, parents can relax on the picnic tables, which are directly under the picnic shelter. For the skateboarders out there, the Shaylah Dame Skate Park is free to the public. This 14,000 sq. ft. has a bowl and street component for skateboards to perfect your tricks. Clay Madsen Park is part of the Greater Lake Creek Trail system, for those looking to hop on and off the trail.
