The Fern Bluff MUD Community Center is located in Round Rock, Texas, at the intersection of Brightwater Boulevard and Wyoming Springs Drive. The 6600 square foot facility will accommodate small parties (such as birthday or graduation), community gatherings and meetings as well as comfortably serve baby showers, birthday parties, bridal showers, family reunions, large weddings, parties, receptions, meetings, and seminars. Seated events with a maximum of 160 guests or stadium seating with a maximum of 200 guests may be accommodated.
The Main Room has a gas fireplace, beamed ceiling and is adjacent to two outdoor patio areas (front & rear) which may also be used for an event. The rear patio has column lighting, a gas fireplace and may seat up to 90 people. Each room rental includes banquet tables and chairs. A fully equipped, spacious warming kitchen with quartz countertops comes with an ice machine, two ranges and microwaves, commercial sized refrigerator and freezer that make catering an event easy.
The facility may be divided into 3 rooms which will accommodate a group as small as 25 people. Space is limited by parking availability. Both Fern Bluff MUD residents and non-district residents may reserve the Community Center for events.
Please contact the staff at the Community Center for date availability or to schedule a tour. At certain times of the year, weekend dates book up many months in advance so call or email early.
Hours of Rental Availability:
- Weekdays: Monday through Thursday, 8:00 am to 12:00 midnight
- Weekends: Friday and Saturday, 10:00 am to 12:00 midnight, and Sunday, 1:00 pm to 12:00 midnight
