Rental of the theatre includes the lobby, art gallery, theatre, public restrooms, backstage, green room, dressing room, and backstage restrooms. Amenities include check-in kiosk, concessions bar, lighting system, sound system, projector, podium, and microphones. Standard seating is 125; capacity can increase up to 150. The Flex Space is a separate room from the theatre and is rented separately. It’s about 33 ft x 18 ft. It can be used for small events, such as classes, workshops, meetings, and rehearsals. Amenities include tables, chairs, electronic keyboard (not weighted), a dedicated entrance, and dedicated restrooms. Rental pricing is $35 per hour.
