3 Day Girls Trip to Round Rock

You know what they say, girls just want to go on a vacay! Gather the gals and head to Round Rock, Texas, for time away from your responsibilities, laundry, and to-do lists. Pack up your cares and prepare for a fun-filled 3-day girl’s trip!

Day 1: Arrive in Round Rock!

Afternoon

Uncork your vacation in Round Rock with a happy hour! Catch up with the ladies over a charcuterie board and a glass (or two) of wine at Wine Sensation. They have an array of wines and flights available to order.

Evening

After freshening up at the hotel and changing into your snazzy outfit, head to dinner at Gino’s Italian Restaurant. This restaurant is a pasta-lovers and sauce connesouirs’ dream! They also have our favorite food….mozzarella sticks! Additionally, they have savory items on the menu that will melt in your mouth and burst with flavor.

Finish the night off with a lively time at a piano bar! We have Redd’s Piano Bar and Lounge at the Kalahari Resorts and Rockey’s Piano Bar downtown. Belt your favorite tune and dance the night away with your girlfriends. They have talented pianists that will serenade your group!

Day 2

Morning

If you don’t stay out too late the night before, head to a local yoga studio for sun salutations. Round Rock has plenty of local yoga studios for yogis of all levels.

After you find your inner peace, head to breakfast at The Ruby Hotel and toast to your gals over drinks and delicious breakfast delicacies.

Throw away all your worries at the bullseye at Top Notch Axe Throwing. This popular sport just came to Round Rock, and we must say it’s addicting! It’s a light-hearted activity that also doubles as stress relief.

You probably worked up an appetite at Axe Throwing, so refuel at one of our all-time favorite BBQ joints! Liberty Barbecue has slow-cooked meat dripped in succulent sauce, and Bloody Marys topped with meat! Grab your gals and a few napkins, and prepare for a feast!

Evening

After your BBQ lunch, you can visit one of our local parks and go on a “hot girl walk!” Our go-to spot to walk is Old Settlers park; with 645 acres of land and 3.13 miles of trails, there is plenty to traverse. Lace-up your sneakers and strut your stuff!

Once you get your steps in, stop by the hotel and put on your trendy fit for the town. We think a superb spot for dinner is the Cork and Barrel, with Irish cuisine and plenty of Instagrammable worthy moments. From the menu to the backdrop, they have it all!

Views and good vibes are what you’ll experience at the newly renovated Urban Rooftop! This modern chic space is the idyllic spot for a date or a relaxing night with friends. The spacious lounge has wrap-around views of the city, plenty of seating, refreshing custom cocktails, and live music on select nights. It’s a swanky and sophisticated getaway to end your day.

Day 3: Time to head home

Morning

Wake up and enjoy a breakfast taco or breakfast pastry! Juarez Restaurant & Bakery has delicious pastries. This family-owned business has been serving up home-style Mexican cuisine in Round Rock since 1993. They also have a Mexican bakery where you can find traditional items like conchas, churros, and flautas.

Book a blissful treatment for you and your girlfriends at our local spas. We have soothing spas where you can receive facials, massages, or even halotherapy treatment. Check out our list of spas and transport yourself to relaxation.
