Sweepstakes Contest Rules:

One entry per email address. Entries are valid from May 18, 2026, at 12:00 a.m. through May 31, 2026, at 11:59 p.m.

1. Giveaway Summary: Entry into this Giveaway begins May 18, 2026, at 12:00 a.m. and ends May 31, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Any entries received after the giveaway period will not be considered. This Giveaway consists of ONE WINNER drawn from all eligible entries received between these dates. To enter, simply fill out the form on this entry page. You will be asked to enter your name and valid email address which is your own email address. By entering this sweepstakes, you consent to permit Go Round Rock (Round Rock Convention and Visitor Bureau) and Texas Volts to contact you in the event you win. No purchase is necessary and purchase anywhere will not, in any way, increase your chances of winning. One entry per email address. Entering more than once is prohibited and does not increase your chances of winning. The Winner will be chosen on June 1, 2026, using www.random.org. Entry in this giveaway does not constitute entry into any other promotion, contest, or sweepstakes. By participating in this Giveaway, each entrant unconditionally agrees to comply with these official rules.
2. Privacy Policy: It is Go Round Rock’s (Round Rock Convention and Visitor Bureau) privacy policy not to share, sell, loan, or rent the entrant’s contact information (name, email address, etc.) to any third party. However, by entering into this sweepstakes you consent to allow Go Round Rock (Round Rock Convention and Visitor Bureau) to: (1) contact you via email to alert you if you have won; and (2) post your first name along with the prize you have won in the event you win on Go Round Rock’s website and/or Facebook page. In addition, in the event you win, your contact information may be shared with the prize provider for the purposes of facilitating the delivery of your prize.
3. Drawing: Entry into this Giveaway begins on May 18, 2026, at 12:00 a.m. and ends on May 31, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Any entries received after the giveaway period will not be considered. To enter, a person must click the “click here” to enter the link in the actual article (not this Official Sweepstakes Rules article). Winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries using random.org. Go Round Rock (Round Rock Convention and Visitor Bureau) will contact the winners via email. If the potential winner declines their prize, fails to respond to two email efforts to contact him or her, or fails to claim the prize within 48 hours of the initial email, the prize will be forfeited.
4. Prizes:  One eligible entrant will win (4) tickets to the Texas Volts Game in Round Rock, Texas. Approximate Retail Value: $100. Prizes are not redeemable for cash.
5. Conditions of Participation: Each prize winner is responsible for any and all federal, state, and local taxes, along with any other fees or expenses, associated with any prize he or she wins. Accepting a prize constitutes the winner’s consent to the use of their name, city, and state for advertising and promotional purposes without compensation or notice, to the extent such use is permitted by law.
6. Eligibility: To be eligible to win a sweepstakes prize, the entrant must fill out the entry form by “clicking here” in the original article, which begins May 18, 2026, at 12:00 a.m. and ends May 31, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. An entrant is not eligible to win if he or she is under 18 years of age as of May 1, 2026, or not a legal resident of The United States of America. Void where prohibited by law. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. One entry per email address: if you enter more than once per email address per day, you may be excluded from the giveaway. The odds of winning depend on the total number of entries. 7. Disputes/Governing Law/Jurisdiction: Any dispute arising out of this sweepstakes shall be governed by the laws of the state of Texas, without reference to its choice of law rules. By participating in this giveaway, all participants submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of the state of Texas for the resolution of any disputes arising hereunder.
8. Winner Information: Winners will be notified by email to the email address provided and the winner’s name may be posted on Go Round Rock’s (Round Rock Convention and Visitor Bureau) websites and other media.
9. Release: By entering and participating, entrant agrees to hold harmless, defend and indemnify Go Round Rock (Round Rock Convention and Visitor Bureau) and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, and advertising and promotion agencies of each; and (ii) the sponsor identified above from and against any and all claims, demands, liability, damages, or causes of action (however named or described), losses, costs or expenses, with respect to or arising out of or related to (i) entrant’s participation in the Giveaway, or (ii) entrant’s participation in any Prize-related activities (including, without limitation, any property loss, damage, personal injury or death caused to any person(s).

Winner notification: One winner will be selected on June 1, 2026, and emailed at the email address provided when entering the contest. If no reply is received in 24 hours a second email will be sent. If no reply is received in 24 hours (48 hours from initial contact), the prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be randomly selected via original giveaway entrants. The process will begin with the second winner and will continue until a winner claims the prize.
