Todd Nelson, the owner of Kalahari resorts, has been long-time family friends with George and the Sortino family, so they were honored to continue their legacy and have Sortino’s at the Kalahari Pocono location and now the Round Rock location! Sortino’s Italian Kitchen has mouthwatering dishes like capellini & clams, chicken limone, and frutti di mare. They also serve up four-cheese manicotti and brick oven pizzas. Double Cut Steakhouse
Double Cut Steakhouse is the epitome of class. It offers a sophisticated ambiance and fine-dining options. Their decadent menu includes gourmet steakhouse classics with a modern twist.
