Papi’s Pies

Papi’s Pies is a family-owned café and bakery in Round Rock, Texas, serving a distinctive fusion of Bolivian, Mexican, French, and Italian cuisines. Founded by co-owners Jose Parra and Julio Palacios, the restaurant began as a wholesale pie venture and has since grown into a beloved local favorite.

The menu features a wide array of dishes, including the Bolivian salteña—a savory, broth-filled pastry—and a selection of house-made pies, like the award-winning cherry pie, named the best in Texas by Eat This, Not That. Guests can also enjoy quiches, crêpes, and desserts that celebrate the owners’ rich culinary heritage.

More than just a place to eat, Papi’s Pies is a warm, community-centered space that showcases local art in a charming garden patio setting.
